credit cards sometimes but not all places and bank cards like 1 atm out of 20. They are very shut off from the rest of the world(see they think they are better than everyone and we all have sars and aids, lacism (not mispelled:p) is hilarious.. The only places i think they work are near military bases and i stay the away from there because american soliders tend to be douchebags.
it is a miracle if you can find an atm with english. Its just too complicated..tab me plz. |
