this is the official election recount page for Wisconsin, on this page you will see an excel file, this file shows the complete results from the hand recount of all counties thus far. you can scroll anywhere in it, but it automatically scrolls to rows 1938 1939 etc
scroll right to columns V and W, these columns show the net difference in votes AFTER the recounts have been done in each county/municipality etc. V is Trump, W is Hillary
like I said you can scrolll anywhere in the 1000s of rows, but it automatically scrolls to rows 1938 1939 etc.....here I will copy and paste ~60 rows, just to make your life easier
