| First half an hour was deeply boring, but once we scored our signature set piece we livened up considerably. The big positive is that we're getting in behind the Swedish defence, which is something we needed to improve on. It's just a shame all those chances fell to Sterling. |

Not just fell to him, but failed to pass to anyone else that can actually finish. That last run had Kane at a 10' open pass calling for the ball, and Sterling goes for the shot himself.
Get Rashford on and we have have a fighting chance of widening the gap. |

| Get in! We're playing really well now. This is probably our best performance so far, after a very slow and nervous start. Sweden have let us play though. They've been very poor. |

I think England have just outplayed Sweden. It's been possession football, and while it looks like Sweden are now turning up the heat, our boys seems to be getting the job done.

| We have. Our build up play has been great, and we probably deserve a third goal. And what an absolute beast Pickford has been in this tournament. If we can see this out without conceding we'll have huge confidence going into the semi final. I've never seen England play such a big game with so few nerves. |
