No, I live in Denver now. I don't even care which game. I am thinking about the Texas game, but student tickets are pretty cheap so I would buy em up for an inflated rate and check out any of the games I'm free for.
Grayarea wouldn't pull enough people. CO is a lame, fickle scene. Most people don't know there elbow from their , and only go to shows with sorry acts like George Acosta and Micro. As a promotor, I wouldn't think of risking my first headliner booking on Grayarea, even though they are great. That's why James Holden has only been out here once, that I know of, and was at Lotus for a smaller event. It was around the time Lotus opened, adding notariety, and still didn't pull that many. |

Damn thats awesome! I thought Markus was going to be skipping Denver since on Godskitchen it says: "Sep 30 - Denver (The Church) - Armin van Buuren, Tyk Tek, & Jonas Temple"

Hey guys -
Just thought I'd get you the bad news as soon as possible. Armin's plane caught on fire on the way to England from Holland & had to make an emergency landing. Because of this he won't be able to get a flight in time to make the gig at The Church tonight. :(
There is good news. Markus Schulz (who we didn't even know was coming until Monday) will still be playing. And Armin will be in the States for a couple of weeks & wants to try & make the gig up very soon. I'll keep you posted.
Hope to see some of you supporting Markus tonight!

p.s. why can't I stay subscribed to this thread? It seems to cut me off after about a week. Is there any way to bypass that? |

That sucks 'bout Armin, so does that mean that Markus is going to headline tonight? I think I'd almost prefer that personally.... |

was nice chatting at Marco, I thot you skipped on us since the Church lineup went to and i asked you a Q after the Marco show to no response...I guess thats remedied somewhat...heh!
And Freeland showed! HAHAHhAHahhaha...
Anyways I dont know anything about subscribing but amongst all we are willing to at least scheme with you about music and whatnot in Denver if you are willing to put up with us even if you dont agree.
Per, the Grayarea req and its disavowal - after seeing numerous uder-DJs like Freeland, Kleinenberg, Maxg i think its plausible. Its no PVD but those in the know respect that |
(plus its not as crowded, sorry- bad for a promoter, but builds customer satisfaction like what) |
