Only 2 things bummed me out, not going to the Little Mountain Recordings night to see Sander, Deekay and Fanciulli and not getting to the after party at American Airlines Arena earlier to see all of Zabiela and Cattaneo...

Damn you jason! Why you gotta ruin the surprise?!?! LOL. Anyways, Mel was cool, she was really outgoing the first night we met (friday night, TA dinner/nikki beach) We all went out onto the beach and smoked a fat blunt (me, javi, erik, mel and DA) we could hear G&D spinning their essential mix set from where we were, and I was crackin everyone up w/ my impersonation of Pete Tong, as well as being the human compass to show javi where puerto rico is lol. Just picture a large blunt and what that would do to me after awhile and then I guess you have the image.... |

| I don't think we have that many wild stories. Steve drank too many call-a-cabs on Monday and puked all over the rental car and in the hotel room, and I got some serious food poisoning from a kabob at Ultra (raw chicken shouldn't be eaten, I'm a dummy). Mel was a sweetheart and Javi is the ! All the ATL TA's were really cool, actually, but Nachos was never around, because he kept getting too wasted. Javi took a pill on the car ride home, jamming my cd. Those crazy ATL kids! :p :haha: :happy2: |

Sounds like you guys had fun, wish I could of gone.
Anyways, I just woke up a few hours (at like 5:00 ), decided to go to Subway for breakfast. It turns out there's a record store here...like right next to subway, that I never noticed before. ...so I've been driving down to Denver for nothing, lol. :rolleyes: go me |

so is anyone down for Carl Cox tomorrow night at the Church? I'm definitely considering going..but haven't really made up my mind just yet! the 'work the next day' factor is somewhat keeping me back..:S
so is Coxy going to be spinning house or does Denver expect a pounding techno set? personally, I'm hoping for some banging techno a la Adam Beyer like last week! but we'll see!

If he plays anything like he did at ultra, then its going to be banging techno, and quite frankly thats why I'm going, I want to hear the banging techno, house for friday w/ porter whoooooooot. Junkie XL sat at vinyl... |
