so ive been urged to go to small claims court...i doubt thats a viable option. tantalizing tho - id imagine spending more on lawyers than the medical claim. plus vinyl is great at not serving their customers anything other than expensive drinks.
i dont think i will. i just wish i could get a serious response from their management. after WoW im not hoping too highly.
i hate to reminisce on this, at least at the church i feel i could contact *someone* that has some sort of humanity. with my experience with vinyl - not possible. i guess i just get to line up with the casualties.
(yeah yeah sob story) ill survive.
you mangs should make a boulder run, the weekend of the 10th has my friend Kris showing up for some Kube Spel, drinkin and pissin on things. should be killer.

i was thinkin along the same lines as you, as far as vinyl goes. then i thought, it'd probably end up turning out to be more trouble than it's worth...unfortunately. i mean, if you can't even get someone on the phone they wouldn't even show up for a court date:thepirate
a boulder run is definitely in order, just not the 10th though. me and mindsmasher are going to hotlanta 9th-12th for some sasha/steve porter action. could sort sommat out for the weekend after we get back...or a little more down the line. |
