are the opening djs that bad? i haven't heard any of them perform before. i was going to get down there aroun 7ish but if they suck that bad I'll wait till later to head down there. I'm going for PVD anyways.
Also, in another forum, there have been alot of people bitchign saying that PVD has performed the same set pretty much everytime for over three months now. I guess thats a bad thing. |

They're pretty bad. Dragon is the only decent one, but that's not saying much. It's bull how they're putting "Colorado's Top Trance DJ" on flyers for him as well, as soon as I'm 21 I'll have a run at that. And if Digi would ever get off his ass and practice more he could have a good run at it as well. If anything else we'll be better technically and have better tracks, but we might not be AZN though :stongue:

Well, unless you've been downloading every one of his sets over the past three months you won't notice. People have to think, he's going to different cities around the globe nightly and playing in a different city the next night, he's not gonna switch his tls that much. There isn't any reason to, in theory no one should really end up going to see him more than once or twice unless they're stalking him. And now all the sudden that there's a bunch of people with nothing better to do than listen to all of his recorded sets and bitch about how they're all the same he's supposed to change? Please:rolleyes: Some of the people just don't think. I believe this same argument was started about Tiesto a year ago??? Look at any dj's tls over a certain period of time and they will be very similar.

Why do you wanna move from San Diego? When I was there I loved it, stupid parents moving. I dunno if those fires are still raging but even that wouldn't make me move. Anyways, lately it's been really good, the Church which is the main venue here has been pulling some good talent lately (Armin, and in the next month Ferry + Marco V) along with Paul Van Dyk coming on Friday. It's usually dry for months, the most that usually comes is Christopher Lawrence and Tiesto.

Everytime Tiesto has come here my ass has been too broke to see him. He's not coming back till sometime next year either. Oh well, hopefully I'll have money by then. I'm not worried about PVD's show. i know he'll be great......any chance I can get him to sign my ticket or flyer? I know Armin signed a bunch of peoples , but with PVD being at the fillmore and all I wasn't sure if he will be doing any signing.......unless you have a pass to the VIP area upstairs. |
