yeah. I forgot to mention that Motorcycle was doing a PA as well. Heard Jes sounds like live though.
On the Tiesto note - I will probably never pay to see Tiesto again, unless there are others on the line-up I want to see. I definitely won't see him in Denver, as he draws way too many people. Oakie, Tijs, and PVD suck to see in Denver. Well they all kind of suck anyway. |

I agree, when the crowd is wall to wall, shoulder to shoulder, it kinda crushes the flow.
That said, I generally won't bother to see someone big when there are others on the lineup, especially if it's a festival setting a la the GD show at Red Rocks. Sound quality usually suffers, crowd is too varied, and the sets are always too short.
I'd change my feeling in a heartbeat if they were allowed to do all-night events at Red Rocks. |

the red rocks event had been consistently one of the best in CO. its still not long enough, but if you get there early and hang out for the sun set and all that it can be pretty fun. plus it cant get too crowded. (and the lineups have gone the way of for the past few years)
its nothing like the clubbing experience in Denver, which is almost always likely to piss you off in some way| |

I disagree. The sound has been fine at Red Rocks the last couple of years, IMO. It's never too packed in there, so you can move around, which I like. I will admit that the sets could be longer, but it's cool to see a wide range/variety of djs, even if you sometimes wished they were playing longer. Plus, I get so plurred out at GDF, that it doesn't matter.
Two days until TwoSum. Should be a blast! |

| Oh just go cause its a Red Rocks. Out doors events are always fun. And there is always plenty of room to dance since the step seeting is pretty big. The last time I went to a red rocks show was Rave on the Rocks 2000. I wish they had the same kind of set up here. |

I would actually be rather curious to see armin or even ferry at red rocks.
And even though I'm sure it's not gonna sound all that as a live vocal set (a la IIO), lookin forward to see Motorcycle (any noodle references will be met with a swift and rather terrible death).
Was out of country for the last red rocks, so definately gonna be makin an appearance at this one. |
