@Frank-HH: Sicher bin ich mir da auch nicht.
Die LFA ist ja immer am Tag vor der LP gewesen und auch die Namen sind ähnlich ("Love"). Andererseits wäre es doch dumm, einen Event mit so einem Line Up wegen der LP abzusagen, schließlich könnte man so einen Event an jedem Tag im Jahr abhalten und damit Massen anlocken. Von daher denke und hoffe ich nicht, dass man die LFA absagt, wenn auch die LP nicht stattfindet. Aber das ist ja auch noch nicht raus, also heißt es abwarten. ;) |

Alright peeps.
again it's uncertain if the loveparade will take place.
anyways, we're planning a meet-up on the lawn in front of the german parliament. with a group picture of everyone on the stairs of the parlaiment.

| die sollen den scheiss sozialschmarotzern die den ganzen tag faul auf der haut sitzen und nix tuen und es noch toll finden, den geldhahn komplett zudrehen:whip: :whip: ...damit könnte man locker die LP finanzieren. wenn alle arbeitsunwilligen aus berlin dazu gezwungen werden würden nach der LP für die reinungung zu sorgen weil ansonsten ihre gelder gestrichen werden, hätten wir das problem nicht. so einfach ist das, sorry das musste ich mal sagen....dieses sozialsystem muss ein ende haben. wir können uns nichtmal mehr ein für deutschland wichtiges event leisten weil wir zuwenig geld haben? wenn ich jetzt an chillungs siganture denke krieg ich wieder die totale wut(nix gegen dich) |

Loveparade GmbH is doing it's marketing stunt again, but now with a different strategy.
Obviously Berlin needs it's Loveparade. The goodwill and publicity has turned Berlin from divided city into the place to be for young people. Berlin has become 'hot' in the 90's.
The Loveparade will cost the city of Berlin around 1.5 million Euro. Police, cleaning up and damage to the Tiergarten are most expensive.
Berlin has a debt of over 50 billion Euro, which doesn't allow them to spend money on events like Loveparade when the streets in the city are full of holes.
On the other hand, more than half a million people spend over 150 million Euro in the city. Public transport, restaurants, hotels and gasstations are booming in business. Obviously this will mean a lot of tax income, way more than the money invested.
The success of Loveparade depends for over 75% on the weather. After the sunny period of 1995-1999 (1998 rain) the parade hasn't been that warm again. The Loveparade needs the sunshine, most German people decide if they drive to Berlin the day before. The economy isn't boosting like 1999, which doesn't help either.
Although Loveparade has become a kind of circus, its still fun to go. Especially because of the special admosphere in the city. The parties before and after the parade have become the real hits of the Love Weekend. Love from Above, Love Radio, Love Nation, Lovestern Galaktika, Electric Kingdom, Lovebase all have their share of fans.
Loveparade or not, many people will travel to Berlin anyhow. People will bring minivans with soundsystems, the park will be flooded with trancers, technofans, hippies and tourists. Who can resist that? |
