None of these executive orders allow the government to suspend the Constitution. All the orders do is allow for emergency powers in case of an emergency. 11049, for example, was utilized in the run-up to hurricane Rita to enable the government to set all lanes of Interstate-10 to run out of Houston instead of two lanes into the city and two out.
I'd also note that well over half of the EO's that you quote are no longer valid, having been superceded by other EO's further down the list.
Finally, several of the quotes are completely wrong.
You name, for example, "EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 : allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports." - well, that's just not true.
EO 10990 merely established the Federal Safety Council, which is a body that advises on workplace safety.
