A few additional thoughts on visiting...
- Cheap flights are great but also keep in mind that Ibiza is deceptively expensive once you arrive . Hotel, Club Tickets, Drinks (and such), transportation, shopping....it all adds up much faster than you may think.
- A person visiting on a moderate budget should factor about 100 Euros per day - excluding hotel and transportation.
- Club tickets alone can run between 30-50 Euros for a given club night and drinks run between 10-25 Euros a pop ($13 - $30 dollars).
- Renting a car and eating are relatively inexpensive and there are plenty of options to get cheap good food.
- Hotel El-Garb in Playa d'en Bossa is a pretty good place to stay for a moderate price. It is located within walking distance from Space, Bora Bora, and the rest of the PDB strip, and you can easily catch the Disco Bus to the clubs in San Rafael (Amnesia & Privilege). Its a big hotel and has a nice pool, and the beach is only a few yards away. Note: Hotel El-Garb is different from the nearby Hotel Garbi, which is slightly more expensive.
- If you're traveling in a group of 2-5 people, then you should consider Jet Apartments in Playa D'en Bossa. Its right in the thick of things and a good place to stay if you're planning on splitting the cost of accomodation with friends.
All in all, you just want a decent place to sleep that is fairly centrally located and within walking distance of clubs, bars, beaches etc. Chances are you wont be doing much sleeping or partying in your hotel so a clean, modest place will easily do the trick. |

| thanks for the tips and advice to you who've gone before, i've done some forum research outside of TA and its ing overwhelming. i've been to the conference three times and i'm still learning how to do it better every year. its frightening, espeiclally considering its a foreign desintation, but nonetheless a whole, new, nasty monster to be tamed :) |

You can get a higher luggage weight limit for a few more dollars.
Vueling, Ryanair, EasyJet, SpanAir, ClickAir etc. |
From what I remember, Vueling was 20 kilos and Ryan Air was even worse @ 15 kilos. Don't think SpanAir or Iberia has a weight limit but their prices are higher. |

| Yeah most of the budget carriers make money from offering very cheap fares and then adding costs for little things that can make a big difference to people, as well as luggage weight restrictions. I flew Clickair, SpanAir, and Vueling last year and the costs added up after i selected seats that were slightly bigger and had a bit more leg room, a higher luggage weight limit, expedited check in etc. An advertised 30Euro ticket can quickly double in price like this. |

Ya, why not? Put it in your suitcase bumble raped up. You get pat down though before most venues and they stick their finger in the small pocket in your pants so don't put anything in there. (put anything you need inside in you "private parts"
Buy "stuff" from restaurant owners in Playa d' en bosso...I have a guy to visit pre-partying if you wish to visit him. (and buy presale tickets from him while your day...one stop shop...lol)
"Don't buy from the Moraccans or the 'lookie lookie darkie darkie'
" Heard that line a couple times.
You want marijuana? "Its not growing season" But you can find hash... |

You can buy your alcoholic beverage of choice at convenience stores all over the Island for about what you would pay in the states. |
