There are so many things about that that make it priceless.

Tell me…
Wi iz it dat ai Kunt xpress mai opinion?
I take it that ponsshin knows what makes the plink plonks of not progressive tech house significantly different than the plink plonks of minimal. Point taken. Those of us who aren’t trained in the boring loopy music field would probably find his post pretty funny. After all the truth is that minimal has significantly more clicky plonks and less glitches and hissy drumloops than tech house. I stand corrected on that ponsshin but the fact of the matter is that listening to either of the two is like watching paint dry.
If you are like me and can’t f**king stand electro house but aren’t lost and brain dead enough to listen to minimal or tech house (apparently there is a difference) you’ve probably been longing for the days of real dance music the last few years. Now it is 2009. It is about f**king time some wonderful new sound comes along and takes over the scene. With the help of competent producers & musicians we can raise the scene back up from the deep slump it has fallen in.
Yet again, you're showing that you associate a degree of quality to every genre of music. To you minimal is beepy bull although you have persistently shown that you do not understand it nor know anything about it. You've also managed to keep your preferred genre a secret which is extremely curious.
Please admit that the only thing you think you know about minimal is that's pretty loopy.
Finally, try typing cvnt the right way.

pwned, imho.
imho = in my horrible opinion
anyone that likes boul de nerf aka the epitome of all that is "DOOKA-DOOK" is musically misguided. This includes David K. himself!!!
Yea Doombot...totally killer DOOK-based track. Cant wait to shoot myself in the face if I ever hear this out  :toocool:

James...this is what you want when it comes to David K :) Pitch it down to minus 2 and you've got a monster

LOL what difference does it make when it's playing at 124 bpm instead of 126? Take Gaiser - Scatter, pitch it to +8 and there you'll have a monster.

maybe every once in a while i find something i like that is related to this minimal crackhead scene - eg i bought seth troxler's 'aphrika' because it is a performance of maya angelou's 'phenomenal woman' poem, which i found appropriate for a gig i played.
this is truly the first time anyone has ever referred to any of my mixes as one-dimensional.
fair enough. but put yourself in my shoes, i listen to a mix you did a long time ago and it was loop tech based, i listen (actually at first, just read) to the most recent one in your archive link in your sig and its basically the same thing, which is generally the type of music we're talking about when we say "minimal" which is the normal person's term they use to describe anything in the club that sounds remotely similiar to B2 deep house tracks, tech house, minimal techno, dub techno, ambient, romanian taco tech house, drum loops, proggy tech house, zzzz, zzzz. so ill take you off the list.

Pitching it down to minus 2 doesn't mean you are reducing the speed by 2 BPMs, noob.
