I think ticketweb might've changed how it's setup, but it's probably just that only so many tickets are available for $25 then only $30 tix will be available.
It used to be listed as a dropdown menu instead of two seperate things on their pages. Trying to get clarification to be sure though. |

They said you can buy tickets at the door for $10. They aren't selling presales anymore. It's at Kelly's this year too. :) |
