if you mean lovevolution, its not too early. the crew in charge would have had handled a bunch by now, doubtful at best it even happens.

is that the bill that required one security guard for every 25 people and one supervisor for like every 5 guards? if so, then:
100,000 attendees = 4000 security guards and 800 supervisors.

Last I heard, LovEvolution still may or may not happen. Not sure yet. this is as of a week ago. I am not sure how far they are in the process they are or how much red tape they are dealing with at the moment.
Skills is about to announce some major event on Sept 3 (Labor Day Weekend). They pushed back their etd.Blackout event....
