Total opposite USA just got there asses handed to them and playing the total opposite of how they played against England, and honestly even though I'm American with Israeli and English background USA is playing horribly.... Someone needs to shake them and wake them up.... These big countries think they can walk all over the "No name" countries while there the ones playing there hearts out so if Slovenia beats US they def deserve it |

I know, they made a bunch of bad calls and missed a few more. I wonder if that ref will pull a Jim Joyce and apologize for blowing the call.....prob not. |

the US looked like in the first half and were out-USed by the slovenians. seriously, the way slovenia played in the first half is just like the US do against bigger opponents.
i mean it sucks. the refereeing today wasnt very good at all, but the US don't have a loss and really that's the key thing. if they play the way they did in the 2nd half against the durkas, that should be enough to qualify. |

maybe he will go out onto the feild next game and start crying in remorse?? :conf:
facts: 1) USA defense is awful. 2) Total bull (non)call. Either forget the offsides OR call the "hugging" in the box. one or the other. |

yea that picture from get nyce made me cringe as well. but u gotta understand that plays seem much different from a different perspective point of view and i can see why the ref would call an offside (it is very close & arguable).
talk about becoming a different story when fans begin to belt players because of their play actions; World Cup '94- Colombia vs. USA (2-1)- Andres Escobar was murdered bc of an accidental own goal that eventually eliminated them . young & such a good player, gone. that day and the news which followed it still sickens me till this day.
