I lost my iphone a couple weeks back, so Rogers sent me the Eve as a hardware upgrade. I'm thankful it's smart phone, and that it was free.

I would love to buy the Droid/Milestone, or the Sony Xperia x10, but alas, money is always an issue, phone are so bloody expensive!

That's odd, I tried firing it up and got the message that it's not available in this area. Where does your friend live?

Motorola Droid Xtreme might be coming out this month or July.

Android 2.2

8 mp camera (with dual led flash)
720p HD video recording
Probably using Snapdragon
ROM unknown MB
RAM 512 MB (most likely)

Yes, they make excellent chew-toys.

Google Maps Navigation is live in CANADA!

SUCKS that I need a mod for my Nexus One to get 720p video recording. Damn you Google, DAMN YOU!

Yup.

Going to get one just for Phone calls and taking pictures... why not apps.
Keeping my Nexus One for Navigation and data (use it as a HotSpot for the iPhone)

What file browser do you guys use?

I'm using ES File Browser, and it does a pretty good job, but just wondering if there is anything better?

It does windows sharing, but not blue tooth transfers.

I don't use a file browser on my phone. I have no files of any sort on my phone lol

That was my single biggest problem with the iPhone, I couldn't transfer a file over and have different applications have access to it. Switched to droid, problem solved.

What i really like about ES File Browser is that I don't have to plug my phone into my comp to get files. Just locate my server on the network and copy my files over, soooo easy.

Astro.

I don't make heavy use of it, so I can't specifically say that it's the best, but I've had no problems with it.
