Do you have the Nexus One? I heard they were starting (or starting SOOOOOOOOON) to push out that update OTA over the next several wks to device holders.... |
Yup got N1. I've had 2.2 for a while now... ever since whoever put the pre-update online back in June and a few weeks back Google sent out another OTA update for a security patch or something :)
Download "Open Spot" I hope more people in Canada start using it. Be nice to find an open parking spot. I just hope Google lets people with iPhones use it also. |

| Galaxy S out on Bell in July. Wow, this thing is getting around in a hurry; wonder if anybody else in Canada will pick it up? |

just got my Motorola backflip and i am loving it.
I would however like to add a shortcut to the light feature when you are taking vids. The light is soo bright and could probably light up a dark room easily.
anyone know how to do this? |

HTC Desire (tarted up Nexus One) from Telus rumoured to be $450 no contract at launch...
Samsung Galaxy S from Bell for the first 30 days after launch $399 no contract, after that $599...
I wonder. |

I just got a Sony Xperia x10 for $100. 3 weeks old, barely used.
The battery was , but after the latest firmware upgrade, its pretty good now.
The screen is beautiful! I am stunned at how nice it is. The audio quality out of the headphone (and speaker) is amazing. The camera is actually a bit disappointing, as the compression seems to be quite high, and doesn't do justice to the 8MP resolution.
I really, really wanted the Samsung Galaxy S, but for $100, I couldn't pass this up. The other problem is that Sony is slated for an Android 2.1 update, NOT 2.2 later this year, which is just dumb. |

Man, I still really want the Galaxy S. I wonder how hard it would be to unlock it, if I bought it out right from Bell, for $399. Where did you get that figure anyways? I don't see it anywhere on the net. |

Shouldn't be that hard. I bought an LG Eve when it first came out from Rogers and they wouldn't unlock it, even though I bought it with no plan. Went on EBAY and some guy gave me the code for $10 :D and a few months later, bought the N1 and tossed the Eve out lmao |
