| Well I decided that I'm going to TE. I'm gonna be flying in to Amsterdam at 9:30 AM on the 11th. So how do I get to Utrecht from there? Is there a train or a taxi or something I could take? How much extra money should I bring for travel and stuff like that? I'm only gonna be staying 1 night...the night of the event ;) |

A trainticket from Schiphol to Utrecht Centraal (where the Jaarbeurs is) and back is about €15,= (be sure to get a "weekendretour" ticket) and the trip takes about 45 minutes. A taxi would be very expensive.
At the event you'll have to buy coupons, 9 for €10,=. A drink ("festivalbeer", water or a soda) is 2 coupons. Other stuff more... 3 or 4... Something to bite (fries with mayonaise for ex. :p) will also cost you 3 or 4 coupons.
If you want to visit Amsterdam during the day you'll have to throw in some extra cash for the traintickets... But Utrecht is a nice city too :) |

At Innercity and Mysteryland (ID&T) they used coupons, which are called "bonnen" :p
At Armin Only and Dance Valley (UDC) they used tokens aka coins, which are called "munten" :D |
