This is exactly what is happening right now in the U.S. The posh clubs now are bringing in big name DJ's, when before it was only hip hop. Even on the train I'm hearing electronic music blasting from the headphones of the young set, when it used to be mainly rap.
It's a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. |

you gotta blame the tallet for agreeing to play at these clubs and them selling out also
plus them makeing all this bull pop hip hop electro cross over songs
i still cant get over the balls on made event to only announce 3 names (shakes head) |

$40 in service charges...you can't make this up :stongue:
So it's mid-April, and if they sold single day tickets based on the current prices, they'd cost $83 a day before taxes. Already horribly overpriced with three names announced. And it's only going to go up...
I was hoping to go this year for one day but now I'm second guessing -- over $100 for tickets and drink, same crappy location that's inaccessible by rail, overcrowded tents stuffed to the brim with bros and LI trash.. |

| now I'm just waiting to see how Electric Daisy is going to be setup in Vegas this year. I just may go there since I never been to Vegas and have enough miles for a flight. |

3 days on the speedway. SHM is headlining day 3. it's going to be 150 degrees though! |

to be fair, on the extra packages (the VIP/Platinum) includes a ticket to the afterparties.
its still overpriced, no doubt though. |
