Also with this payment plan...I get the feeling that single day tickets will start out at $100 + fees, which is way too much.

Factor in the transportation trap that is Randall's Island, food/drink prices, bathroom lines, and a crowd consisting mainly of bros, college kids and douchebag Long Island high schoolers...I'll probably pass.

Still holding out for something better, but losing hope.

Ehhh... here in NY we're spoiled. If we can't get a cab easy, it's a ing nightmare, haha. I for sure would be dreading crossing the bridge after being all day @ RI. I can't imagine what it will be like this year trying to get out of there (in wheels).

last year on sunday after the show i tryed to walk across the bridge back to manhattan, the cops had it blocked and told me i had to take the bus...waited almost 45 min to finally get on one

I left probably 40 mins before it actually ended and had no issues crossing the bridge- but after dancing all day I tell you that walked sucked ass....was also a little cold. I wouldve rather waited for the bus. When we left the bus line was actually not that bad. Never wait for the mass exiting exodus.

I've taken the bus back every time. Would start to make our way back a few minutes before and then would walk briskly right at the end of the last track. They usually have a long line of buses ready to go and just load them up. Never waited for more than 5 mintues, and they've never had people swipe getting on too. I guess to save time and prevent a crazy crowd they give up on collecting fare.

exactly what he said!! luckily, sunday school tent was the closest to the exit so that helped out a lot getting onto the bus quickly...

I walked back on the lower "walking bridge" pretty late and there were no cops or anything. It's a longer walk because you basically walk down the entire side of Randalls island but you also get let out at like 100th street in Manhattan which feels a lot less ghetto than 125th :o
