i want to be more flexible...someone give me a good stretching routine to promote flexibility. i guess my main thing is the hamstrings...they are sooo tight :wtf:. i mean i can touch the toes and stuff but i think it'd be good to be all round flexible...

ok...whatever will help hehehe. i mean...i even tried some of my ex's pilates tapes to try and get more flexible, but to be honest i had trouble doing the different things because i was so inflexible...i'd like to do them eventually, but i think i need to get a little more flexible before i can...

for example. if i'm sitting on the ground with my legs out in front of me...i can't situp straight...and it kinda makes me mad...

hahhaha...i was actually thinking about posting some stupid comment, but then was too lazy hahaha :p

yoga is more strenuous than pilates

start off ina beginner class
it can work wonders.. ive only done 2 or so classes but ive heard its great for flexibility

also if you want to increase size its imparative that you have loose flexible muslces.. other wise you'll limit your muscle surface area for growth

i dont knw if thats what your looking for jason but having good flexibility is also an incredible way to avoid injury

so yoga
pilates
and forced stretching! (get someone to help you go the extra bit by pushing you gradually.. untill you can manage yourself)

i guess i should just go take a yoga or pilates class hahaha...but that's so embarassing hehehe :p

i started with dumb bells first to get the hang of the motion. then moved on to barbell. i dont really like it because im afriad of hurting my back so i dont do it anymore.

heres a good article on it:
