Yeah, I heard that too. Doesn't matter reall. :P
On forum, I call them 3x7s, in real life I call them "sevens", but in Crotaian (my native language), of course. :p
And I heard you do the full motion 2nd, not 3rd. :tongue3 |

I see, well you definately have a better body than me. I guess I'm just more mass while you're more cut? |

I could only do that three times hehe...I usually go for moderate weight (like 70 to 90 lbs) so I do my reps with proper form. If u want a lot of definition lower weights work the best. U prolly know more about this than me since i don't know all the nomenclature of all the bars and stuff lol...i just know how to do the routines. |
:wtf:
Is that with one hand (dumbbell) or with two hands (barbell)?
I do around 33 lbs with one hand and around 61 lbs with two hands.
That goes for around 8 reps, full motion.

I have 16.5" arms, is that a good size? Or it's below average? |
That's pretty good.
For someone who trains bodybuilding recreative, it's above average.
For someone who traing bodybuilding professionally, it's average.
I think.
My biceps are ~12.5''. :p |

Same here. :nervous:
Looks like I'll have to stop at current weight I do biceps with.
I don't want any bigger biceps, because they will look funny/weird on my 133 lbs, 5'9'' body. |
