i just picked up a pair of "Women's Light Training Gloves" made by Nike. definitely awesome when i'm doing the free weights, otherwise the grippy metal on the bars tears my hands to . just make sure you try on a bunch at the store and test them out on the equipment because a lot of the ones i tried on were really awkward and uncomfortable feeling.

granted i'm a girl and i wanna keep my hands soft and pretty. :D

thanks for the info.

im definitely getting wrist wraps. I need them for sooooo many exercises. Even sidebends at the end of a full day. Why dont you want callouses? You nobility or something? Men should be proud of calluses means you work!!

you can call me Lord Jonze :stongue:

How about the wraps I use for boxing? You guys think I should use those when lifting weights?

well those things are helluva long i woudnt suggest it.. it would really get annoying unwinding and winding them all over again.. those wrist straps with the velcro could be good.. well i dont use wrist straps personally so maybe osmeone else should field this question.. i wouldnt recommend using long ass boxing wraps though
