any1 know a good site that shows how to do exercises and stuff? i only want to do stuff in the house as i dnt have access to a gym...dnt have a bench either just smallbars with abt 50 kgs of diff size weights.
im teh unfit, just done 10 press-ups and yawned for abt five minutes afterwards! :wtf: |

thing is im not really fat, I mean if you see me you count me as a skiny guy I bet, but my lovehadles are bigger than normal size i think, if you know what I mean, so If I start loosing body wieght through diet and stuff that will effect my other parts of body, and I DONT want to loos any more weight in other parts rather than lovehandles, specially my face that is quiet abit skinny and I dont wanna loose 00.1% of fat of my face.
I think there are excersizes for lovehandles but they just damn too hard. |

Orbax is right, you can't really spot train lovehandles. The problem is that, even though you are relativley skinny, any fat that you store is going to first be noticeable around your midsection.
You can do twists and sit-ups and crunches and such and that will essentially tighten up the muscles around your waist. This will even allow you to reduce your waist size and perhaps make it appear that your lovehandles have gotten smaller.
IMO your best bet (since you are already thin) is to do some light trunk training and hopefully tightening up your midsection will give you the illusion that your lovehandles are gone. |

doing oblique excercises will build muscle around the mid section.. espeically if you do heavier sets less reps. Perhaps if you do cardio as well in combination you might tone the love handles down a bit and perhaps not loose your fat elsewhere |
