So might as well bump this bitch back up

Current typical weight sets (usually repeatable for second round of exercises that day)

bicep: 4x10 with 25. Stay flexed entire time.

Tricep: 4x10 110 on cable

shoulders: arnold presses 4x10 30

Chest: 4x10 70 (both flat and incline bench - 45lbs for flies)

Back: lat pull downs: 4x10 135

Legs: Squats: 4x12 125 (that being the avg between the pyramid)
------Deadlifts: 3x12 185

Calves: seated calf raises: 4x10 45lbs. Full spasm inducing crunch at contraction.

Abs: Kneeling ropes: 4x15 140lbs 1-1thousand count at contraction

This is all focusing on form and burn and stuff. I can lift a lot more weight doing it tily but...yeah....its doing it tily hehe.

Im up about 10 lbs in the last 2 months on all exercises with the exception being chest and back adn thats up about 20lbs.

Been good steady progress im pleased.

Sure, some of it can be attributed to muscle fiber, but I personally do not judge the quality of my workout by how sore I am the following days. Factors other than intensity/quality contribute to soreness, not simply intensity alone.

Then again, that's just my opinion, so whatever works for you. :)

intresting i guess one learns somethign new everyday :D

orbax yo...

so i was getting all inspired today and stuff hehehe. i think i'm going to start running to the rec center 2-3 times a week. here are the issues...

it'd take me about 45 mins to run to the center (tried it tonight) and it opens at 5:30am. so i'm thinking about waking up around 4am...leaving the house around 4:15-25 ish...and getting to the rec center around 5 am. i figure when i get there i could have a quick absorbing meal so that i can replenish for workout at 5:30. lets say i work out for an hour...i'd then have to run home and the return trip takes about an hour because its all up hill. so what do you think...should i have another meal right after i finish the work out...or do i wait until i get home after the hour run back home?

anyone elses input is appreciated too heheeh...i just know you've been doing something similar at times in the past walker...so how'd you work the meals and stuff...

start with 1/4 apple 2 spoons of peanut butter and a mouthful of water.

wait 15

keep first run there pretty light, still got a workout and run back

drink lots of water during workout. not to point of being full, just stay hydrated.

run back, start of slow, its gonna be difficult at first, real difficult. just take it easy, itll kick you into gear at about 1/4 mile or so. LISTEN TO MUSIC LOUDLY, breathing s you up mentally.

once home DONT EAT. takes 15-20 minutes for body temp to lower from Flu levels. Your body wont digest anything in this time, drink cool water, not cold.

after 15-20 min, eat a nice energy meal of 40/40 protein carb and maybe a granola bar or something. then dont eat until lunch, no snacks, drink water, stay hydrated.

workin on back still...

ive been taking longer and longer rests ...like3 days between workouts and man they have been so much better.

3 weeks ago i was struggling with the 60s for DB press and now im trowing up the 80s with same reps/sets. Ive been feeling much better growth.

on T-bar rows I went from a 45 and a 25 to 3-45s and its also been feeling good!

just some update pics...still have only lost 5 lbs in last 2 weeks, but trying to maintain muscle as I do this so ><

also realize my webcam doesnt pick up definition lol. Im not saying its incredible, but its a lot more than that...man I need a normal camera again.
Floorfiller
looks good man. keep it up...you're definitely gaining muscularity...

oh bro man...this hill is ing killer. its literally gotta be like a 30 degree climb for about 3 miles...

my joints are alright...i'm just taking days off in between so i can rest them up hehehe.

i was thinking about what you were saying in the past about the leanitude..and i think that's what i'm gonna do...i just wanna lose this ty weight and then i'm gonna worry about muscle...i'm just tired of it hehehe
Orbax
yea thats where I am at the moment....if you want motivation to lose weight, shave your chest and stomach. youll know what I mean when you do hehe.

but yeah, id rather be skinny and what muscle I have showing through, then trying to become so massively ripped that it pushes my skin aside. plus one is a much quicker way hehe. Also, girls keep telling me they like skinny guys. Big guys are just too intimidating
