For anyone looking to add muscle or definition, Creatine is hands down the second best natural supplement out there.
Creatine will make you hold a bit of water but, you lose that once you stop taking it.
The biggest benefit of creatine is more reps at a higher weight, which allows for more muscle growth, which burns more calories, which makes you more defined.
Anything that helps you build more muscle will help you become more defined, albeit in a round-about way. |

Yeah, I guess you're right... But I don't think I need it. :p
Proteins, glutamine, glucose and vitamins/minerals are enough for me.
Though I'm not taking glutamine and vitamins/minerals yet. :)

I honestly would like to do 2 or 3 months of steroids, imagine how big and cut you would get. But I guess if you do 2-3 months, you won't ever want to quit, eh? |
Ahh, don't do that man. Seriously.
If you're not a pro (IFBB), you don't need it.
It's not worth the risk and it's simply unneccesary.
Besides, girls don't like too ripped guys.
Girls like guys with sexily defined muscles. |

Definition of "natural" in bodybuilding is when you don't use steroids. :p
Proteins, creatine, glutamine, vitamins/minerals, glucose, dextrose, aminoacids...
That's all considered normal and natural. |

I know I always look good.
One reccomendation I can make to everyone is that you should always train in some futuristic sunglasses, stars & stripes Zubaz pants, and heavy combat boots. In addition, throw down with a doo-rag on your head.
I guarantee that the intensity of your training will increase tenfold.

When I train, I wear regular t-shirt, short pants (just above knees), DC shoes and socks, obviously.
But when I do the biceps exercises, I always put the sleeves on my shoulders, so they don't cover up the upper arm (biceps, obviously).
It's for the cool factor. |
