My ass and thighs hurt so much it really hurts to sit down... which is awesome, but I don't appreciate walking like a gimp. I feel pretty good... need to eat better though, I really slack on the weekends, but weekdays are pretty good. This weekend is our anniversary so I plan to eat as many chocolate covered strawberries as he gets me (hopefully he will) :p and I hope to go out to brunch, which means PANCAKES WITH BUTTER AND SYRUP... anyway I'm working out pretty hard and I feel good. :) That's about it... you guys sound like you're all doing better than I am :p Keep it up!! :D

and then i repeat. does anyone see any problems with the way my routine is setup?

"If you select egg - whole - cooked - NS as to cooking method" you can select the egg size.

What are your goals? Bulk/Cut? Imo you should split up Chest and Back. They are both large muscle groups, and if you are working out at high intensity, the second muscle group you work will not get as good of a workout. I usually like to do Chest and Bi's or Tri's, then Back with Bi's or Tri's. I usually switch up which day I do Bi's and Tri's every now and then. Here's my current set-up:

Day 1
Chest - Bi's - Abs

Day 2
Shoulders - Traps - Calves

Day 3
Off

Day 4
Back - Tri's - Abs

Day 5
Legs - Calves

Day 6
Off

Back to Day 1 then. I do 45 min. of cardio every day. Speaking of which...I haven't worked out the past two days due to my birthday and not being able to function the day after, so tonight I'm gonna be in the gym for a while playing catch-up. :D

was working out with UW athletes and they were curling 35s and and IM sitting there telling them to not use their elbows and shoulders. I was doing zero-elbow motion, hard core 2-3 second negatives and explosive curls.

I got one of the most ridiculous pumps ive ever gotten and was sweating my ass off the entire time trying not to puke.

They kept trying to give me pointers on how to become stronger and I was just like yeah yeah.....i dont care about strength.

so then they say lets have a flexing competition, and holy crap I owned them. as soon as I took my shirt off they (both 190 lb swimmers) were like HOLY CRAP youre ing huge. I had larger measurements in most areas than them and CRAZY muscle definition everywhere.

They were shocked but I told them its been doing everything I was telling them in the gym. LOWER WEIGHT AND PROPER FORM are what do it!!!


it was just really cool seeing these guys get a 60% pump with reallyyyy heavy weights and having ill formed bodies with ZERO definition.

Our way seems to be the right way guys :D

and my partner I had for the bench portion was like "hey man I havent worked out in a while so Im like...really weak right now"

me "Just do what you gotta do man"

Like I care! Just try hard! gah!

ps that was THEIR workout routine. I decided to just go along for the ride. Actually wasnt too bad because asshat athletes get free gatorade and protein and dispensed at the gym so I just kept filling up and doing it and was really good for energy.
