start off with very light weights.. and if you need to get a belt

you need to have good strong core muslces (abs and obliques) to bear some of the pressure in your back as well

so just take it step by step

didnt throw up today :(

legs and abs BLASTED though. Doin the sets reps you were sayin to try, Jason. Rockin! cant wait till they get all big and massive unf!

for calves i mean

man ive never thrown up working out.. maybeyour eating too much before you go to the gym?try to leave a bit of a gap between your meal and your workout :p



im doing chest and triceps today.. w'ell see how that goes

its dry heaves hehe. very little comes out i wait 2-3 hours after meals :p

glad the sets and reps were working for you :p

i get that way too when working out...but usually in the morning when my stomach is completely empty. i used to wake up and work out before school and that's usually when i'd have to throw up...

would it be better to have a protein drink/shake before or after the workout. i'm such a noob to this.

that bodybuilding.com has a lot of pics of how to do some of the exercises mentioned. thanx to whoever posted it.
if i run into one i still can't figure out, will someone post pics.
