my wieghts are going up but im at 137 lbs.its really annoying. im just toning galore now. i gotta get a new gym membership because mine is expired
orbax... any advice for cycles. creatine doesntseem to work with me .. are u taking any supplements for muscle gain? |

no when I gained my 15 2months ago it was from eating loads of sweet potatoes, 50/50 angel hair and meat pasta, and doing squats, t bar rows, and deadlifts
was ing hard to do but it added a lot of mass im having fun toning down right now :D |

so ive been doing a lot more shoulder work and I think its creating a contrat with my triceps which wasnt there before. Kind of nice, because the Tris connect to back of shoulder and lots of times give the impression of large shoulders but no realy muscle there.

| i'm really focusing on back right now...i think i look gay when i where shirts because i don't have a nice back...so i'm trying to fix it...other then that, my usual quest to be patrick bateman :p |

yeah I was really happy a few months ago wearing polos because Ive been focusing on getting rear shoulders a lot and its really bumped out the whole inner and upp back.
T-bars were friggn sweet for it, and im a huge fan of the bent over rear delt flies because I always turn it half way trap work out.

that sticking out looked pretty cool IMHO :D
but lately been really working on widening it. I need to start doing pullups but I always feel like 3x10 just isnt doing a whole lot + it ruins the rest of my workout cuz im so tired hehe |

| well the thing is...i've always had pretty wide shoulders...i think i just need more in the middle so i don't have pecs sticking out but then a real flat ass back because i stand with good posture...i dunno...just looks funny to me... |

| yeah i used to stand TOO straight...like a rooster. Puff chest out and back cavees in. Spent a lot of time in front of a mirror trying to adjust shoulders front so it stopped messing up my spine. |

hehe so many people dont understand how disappointed everyone is with their bodies.
Someone will see my looking in the mirror and be like "youre so vain"
im like "No i ing hate my body, everything is too small and legs, lats, pecs, forearms, traps, delt, and abs are out of proportion."
I hate my body fat % right now too and everyone just thinks im fishing for compliments when they offer me something and I say "no thanks im trying to lose weight"

what is your normal pec workout? Im very disappointed in that area lol |

nothing special, db press and fly. BUt i dont restrict it too certain amount of sets. For everything else its usually 3 sets.
but for chest i just go until i cant lift anymore. I also start out at 14, then 2 sets of 16's. Before i stopped and moved on. But now i drop the weight down till 10's.
Same with flies. They still dont look impress, thats cos my stomach is too big though.
i'd give one my testicles to be of a similiar size to you! :stongue: |

| Im celebrating 3 months straight of working out (with Sundays off, baring some light cardio), and Im quite happy. Im hoping to keep motivated throughout the end of summer so I can have some tone just in time for long sleeves and pants :-p. I don't really see any major visual differences, but im definitely firmer, and i feel a million times better than I have. Im guessing this is due to an improved diet (huge cutbacks on fat, meat, and sugar) as well as excercise :) |
