i could barely walk on thursday.
a couple of exercises i didn't do because i couldn't find the machine, or just didn't know what you meant.

machine fly for example.
there are some others, but i am going to sleep for the next two days, so laterz...

Cheers orby:p Just hammer those squats. Eat, live, BREATH squatting for a few months and you'll see other parts of your body improve dramatically with ALOT less effort (sometimes with no effort at all). No other excercise comes close to releasing the amount of human growth hormone and testosterone like squating. :)

I did:

Squats:
1x15 115
1x15 135
1x15 155
1x6 175
1x12 135

Seated calf raises:
2x15 45
1x15 35
1x15 25

On stomach Hamstring curls:
1x15 warmup
3x15 75...i think

Leg extensions:
1x12 warmup 90
1x12 90
1x12 105
1x12 120
1x12 135

ASsmaster Glute thing where you donkey kick behind on machine:
1x12 60
1x12 90 (too much!)
2x12 75

Kneeling rope crunches:
3x25 120lbs

seated lower ab machine:
1x25 80lbs

ing DRAINED! but glad to see how much power i got from just doing squats once. Thanks to Enferno for giving me some great techniques. Im very excited for whats to come!!!

Dude, squats are such the bomb exercise.

Hands down my favorite exercise ever, with deadlifts a close second.


I think back to when I was younger and the crazy things I use to do in the gym....it mostly revolved around doing squats.

Ever hear those stories about Arnold and his buddies just taking an olympic bar and some weights and goin into the woods? Just squatting all day long and eating barbecued meat out in the wilderness.
