If you are really that strong, I seriously doubt that you would let yourself be limited by machine weight capacities.
E1 knows that free-weight complex movements are where it's at for strength training.
Let's dissect your exercise regimen:
bicep curl 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
tricep curl 4 setsx20 reps 100lbs
leg extension 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
Hmm, you do less weight for your triceps than you do your biceps? Triceps consisting of 3 muscles versus the biceps 2 should be an inherently stronger muscle group.
And since we know that your weight machines stop at 200, you couldn't possibly do more weight for your legs. But, since the legs consist of 4 muscles versus the biceps 2....shouldn't you be able to complete more than 20 reps? Hmmm, weird.
Either your body is WAAAAAAAAAAAY out of proportion or you are just having a little fun here in the Workout Thread. Either way:
