3 day business trip coming up, taking all my stuff to workout on the road.
Strange gyms with strange people always make me train hard.
Been a while since I posted pics...maybe this weekend I'll try to get some up. |

god damn it .. if i had the determination like orbax, then i would be working out also .. hahaha .. a couple of months ago, i was like peaking with my lifting and working out by doing about 100 to 125 push ups, 125 situps, and 100 dips straight for about 15 minutes, then work the bench presses, lateral raises, and military presses with the dumbbell or bar .. now i can't get passed 60 push ups without winding .. :whip: .. i am out of shape ..
but to get back on a workout regiment, would you think it would be better to do some cardio stuff, like biking and running more before i hop into 3-4 day workouts?? so i won't get winded out after 20 minutes of lifting (happened before .. caught myself not breathing correctly when lifting .. that sucks .. ) .. |

| youre always gonna be outta breath if youre doin it right. ive thrown up from good leg workouts hehe. yeah run onyour off days but the important thing is to just start ;) |

lol thats pretty hard core
ive had the leg press machine fall on me a couple of times.. luckily most of hte ones i use have a saftey spot where they stop.. your still pretty much sandwiched though |

oh man..i always get sick feeling hahaha...especially during intense cardio and i haven't eaten in the morning yet hehehe :p |

yeah i call the leg press the "10 step" you have 10 steps before youre out of breath and throwing up from the time you stop doing a hard set and stand up hehe.
good times.
uhm oh and LeopoldStotch:
to start of run 2-3 times a week. I only work out 3x a week now. much better results than the old daily crap i was doing.
today was a weak workout cuz i was so hungover. I plan on going in tomorrow and thrashing myself hehe. but yeah. A general thing is if you can run for more than 30 minutes, 2x a weak. and youll have a lot more energy based more on diet than cardio ability.
workout without having eaten in the morning. have 2 piece of fruit. and then try eating a tortilla with 2 eggs, 4 slices of ham, cheese, chilis, onions, tomatoes.
After 2 hours of digestin that last one youll have a crazy good work out :)
but yeah, gettin your body able to recover quickly from lack of oxygen and being able to use oxygen quickly and efficiently are great ancillaries to workin out ;)

i've sort of started hating the gym. it's just so overcrowded these days. but i'mma start trying to do it up. gotta try to lose some weight before i go to china.
and man do those walking lunges make your ass hurt!:toothless |
