In regards to Burton, I still think they have the best outfits I've seen on sale and a great product image still. Their bindings suck except the extreme top of the line, however, IMO. Just feel how stiff they are. I would consider a board from them, but for boots, I'm sold on Salomon forever. Burton socks and underlayers are great but ridiculously expensive. I don't really care about the business side of it all I guess, unless they're doing something awful. You business people, keep talking :p

P.S. I have DECIDED on these and I'm not changing my mind anymore, I swear :p They're expensive but I ing deserve it, SO THERE, STUPID JOB.

Flow NXT AT
The NXT generation all-terrain.
New-school freestyle construction and strap shape offer a relaxed feel for riders looking for a snowboard binding that’s forgiving on hard landings, yet lively enough for immediate response. The NXT AT features forged baseplate and Flow’s new ventilated highback for the ultimate in all-terrain response.
Features:
Forged aluminum baseplate and 18% glass-filled nylon highback deliver the ultimate response and precise feel
I-Flex Powerstrap delivers tweakability, yet solid, comfortable response and support
New lower-durometer EVA base pad to improve the connection to the board while dampening the rigid feel associated with traditional metal bindings
Four Locking MINIratchet Buckles on each binding provide a customized strap-fit to any boot |

I'll help her out!

and yes alisa that green is hot!
and i don't think burton has the nicest fits, although the greatest variety of fits, i don't think they are the best visually appealing but then again thats subjective.
i just think burton has this burton look to it, which alot of companies tend to follow with the exception of a few.
for fits, I prefer 686, Grenade, Ride, Session, Four Square, and most of the smaller companies....burton is 'too burton' |

| in terms of fashion for snowboarding clothes... there are many companies who have some great styles... but.. you can't touch the big companies (burton / bonfire etc.) as for function... E.g. waterproofing and little details.. |

The way things have been going on my end are a bitch sketchy. I knew I threw out the idea of doing that Tahoe Trip, but I just got news I might be offered an opportunity to ride the swiss/french alps during a trip to Germany and Amsterdam...decisions decisions...
Also my female friend is going out to her apartment in breckenridge and is insisting that I spend a week with her out there in Jan as well, I might even meet up with ya taso =) |
Nice man but if you were really hardcore you'd skip amsterdam and just hit the alps. You disppoint me. :toothless |

with the Vail season pass, you can also ride at Heavenley in Tahoe.
And speaking of Amsterdam, I am going there next week.
Just FYI in case you want to ride the Alps, it took us nearly a full day on the train to get to Amsterdam from the mountains. |
