| Im not sure if you have have been to a Sports Authority lately but i went there for the first time since winter. All i have to say is 'wow'. They seriously have some great stuff for boarders now. I am buying my new RIDE bindings from Sports Authority. Never in a million years i would think about saying that:tongue2 |

I jsut went to the local Sports Authority by my house. Its pretty big. They carry everything in this sports authority. I originally went there to look for a new hockey stick and some skates because both of mine are worn out and too small this season. And i causally walked to the snow boarding section not expecting much, but damn! Was i suprised. If you have one by your house i'd say its definetely worth checking out. They carry BURTON boards now. Im not a big fan of Burton but i never rode any of their boards so my opinion is biased, you might say. But yea Burton boards, very nice RIDE bindings which i am picking up, some nice snowboarding kits...includes tools, wax, and some other goodies, nice gogles. Some decent boots, not the best by any means but then again, it is sports authority lol Its not a skate shop |

A TA TRIP IS IN THE WORKS - STAY TUNED!
Here's some info
-Weekend in killington in december
-Package includes Bus to and from, lodging, lift tickets, and maybe meals
-Rental equipment is available for an extra charge
-Rooms of 2,3,or 4 (charges are different for each)
-We need 20+ for our own bus for our own group
This is something Trunks and I have started looking at so stay tuned if this comes into fruition, we might have a gang load of crazy's on a bus to some mountain....this could get critical! |
