Agreed, and word has it, his world cup is over. Beautiful irony that the guy that dragged a mediocre team through the group stages, also destroyed their only chance of getting any further. |

Lol, fair hearing. You got tape of the guy biting. Doesn't matter if he tapped his Mum before getting on the field and told Saurez about it. Under the rules of Fifa, provocation isn't mitigation for violent retaliation. He's going home.
It's also a very weird thing to do. I mean, it's one thing if you want to give someone an elbow to the ribs or studs to the nuts on a slide tackle or headbut during a header, but of all the things to try to harm an opponent, to run up behind someone and bite them on the shoulder.
That's a weird deep seated fetish Suarez has going on in there. This isn't about football needing a bad boy either. Vinny Jones would do things that could take someone out for an entire season, but it wasn't weird homoerotic stuff like trying to bite guys from behind. |
