Many people never will.
You could argue many things over and over. Like Robben should have been given a yellow for diving earlier on. But then again, there was a clear instance where he was fouled twice in the same play inside the penalty box. You are bound to get some good calls and some bad ones. The PK foul, although minimal, was there. Robben's acting did help though. Bad calls are plenty in this tourney.
If anything, you should be happy for the Mexican team. They did a good job in the group stage and in this last game despite how embarrassingly they qualified to the world cup. I had them lose the three group games.
If you want to be technical about it, it was Mexico's own fault that they lost. Being one up, they gave the ball to the other team. It was bound to happen, just as they had the opportunity to score the first goal. That was the mistake. |

i still see them proceeding to the finals though. unless costa rica can muster something up in this game.
