Football needs a dark horse, anti-star like Suarez. I think this is nothing but a bunch of whining. |
I'm sorry, but Balotelli is the rascal football needs. Even CR7, who is about as likeable as an eggplant, is good for football. Suárez is a bloody cheater who doesn't belong in a world cup
And I say that with the authority of someone who doesn't care about football for 47 months and then gets all excited as soon as the World Cup starts! :p |

By the way, Klinsmann is awesome:

Exactly:whip:
I'm sorry now, but Ronaldo and Balotelli are nowhere near the type of player that Suarez is. Balotelli is such a bad boy that he made this list: http://www.ftbpro.com/posts/tyler.r...ble-footballers
Football needs a Luis Suarez, and I say that being a Chelsea fan really hating those annoying Liverpool chants. |

i heard today that the italian bloke poked him in the eye beforehand. can anyone confirm or is the mob mentality already too far aroused to preclude a fair hearing? |
If you're going to use a five dollar word like "preclude", at least make sure you know what it means. |

I don't know Jack. It is essentially the same thing as to prevent, therefore I wouldn't rule out its use in this instance.
He is still a cunt. |

| That would make sense if he had written "so" instead of "too". As it stands the sentence means the exact opposite of what he intended. |

Of course, Suarez never did this before, was not sitting on the ground with his hands in his mouth counting his teeth and Chiellini didn't have marks on his shoulder. Send Uruguay home too. They should say:"Yes it was wrong, he should be punished and he does have a problem. But he's a good player and we still love him."
I believe the explanation that this happens to Suarez under stress and he can't do anything about it. He needs treatment for coping with stress.
I really don't think he's a bad person.
How many players got injured (and can't play for months as a result) by players with the same problem, but show it differently? |

Agreed. However in an SAT or TOEFL evaluation, this would not come into account and be what is described as a "minor fault" in these tests correction guidelines. You are not wrong, you are just nitpicking.
How scary is it that anyone pays me money to grade SAT papers? :p
Legitimately to boot.
Harvard just got dumber. |

I'd agree normally, but when a native speaker makes such an error in conjunction with an unusual word like "preclude" it leads me to conclude he's a cretin who's trying to sound like a professor.
In other news: Suarez has been banned for 9 internationals and 4 months of worldwide football. There's your fair trial. |

Compared to the better teams usa seems to struggle handling the ball and maintaining control. |

My team still sucked. |
