| Yeah, I thought about that, but then the players on both the teams weren't even born when that happened. I only root for a "vengeance" outcome if it involves some of the same people. Then again, I also have Algerian friends and no German ones...so maybe I will pull for Algeria after all, lol. I'm not terribly invested in either team really. |

I'm not sure that's how it works in football. I mean, we hate on Argentina since time immemorial, and no single player from the first squad is active right now :p |
