best night of music for me last year!!!! lawler and luciano destroyed it. timo maas was too but by 10 am on friday, after being at space since 11 pm the night before, i had to drag myself off the dancefloor but not to sleep, to get ready for cheaper sunglasses and the rooftop party halucienda with burridge. lol, that's miami for you :)
so glad my spring break falls after WMC this year. so i can rest and relax after all the partying. it worked out this way 2 years ago for me and it was the best way to recover. but i ended up staying in miami until that wednesday, jumped on a plane for atlanta and saw danny howells that night, partied all night then caught an early am flight back to LA on thursday. lol, left a little piece of my brain on the dance floors that year :) but so worth it!
now i just need to take that thursday/friday off from work and i'm set. staying in a condo on the beach with 3 other friends fri-mon. gotta find a place to stay that thursday night tho. not too worried, i know enough people, i can just crash with them. i really just need a place to put my luggage, i'll be on some dance floor for most the night into the morning anyway ;) |

Depends, taxis are expensive if your going to head in to DT from SoBe. Unless you have a group of friends doing the taxi as a group, I would say ride the bus for <$2 each way. Drinks are pricey in the clubs, I recall spending $12 for a beer and $8~$9 for waters. Pre-game it if you like to drink + bring a flask. But don't get caught like I did at Karu n Y last year during the AM Only party on the patdown going into the club(doh!) to have a good time. Food can cost you depending on where/how you eat.
So your doing Wed-Mon on $800/6 days = $134/day
If your by yourself and not blowing $$$ in the club you could make it on that budget and come home with change... |

I spoke with Sean Tyas at the Amsterdam Dance Event last month and he wants to hit up Miami for sure, so don't be surprised if you do see him at WMC2010....

Yes, is really sad that trance is scarce during wmc, I hope you can bring some trance events. last couple of wmc`s only the usual Thursday’s parties (Ferry and Anjunabeats) and Friday.

Thanks, just by myself, but I plan to buy the ladies drinks :)
I planned to buy my meals with credit only because I can keep track my of purchases just like I did in Las Veags, but at the clubs I am taking cash (dont want to do tabs), I planned to pregame at smaller bars that dont have covers and such if they exist and maybe hit up a liquor store. I have been working out alot and havent touched alcohol in about 8 months so when I get to March it will be almost a year so I will probably be a light weight :)
As far as eating I like to eat simple and not fancy, I eat often like 7 to 9 meals a day.
Also I planned to buy the 7 day bus pass for like $26 bucks, yeah I plan to walk or take the bus everywhere! |

| i ate subway most meals last year at $5 a visit, and drinks at Fat Tuesday's are strong, large and about $8-10. you can find lots of deals. wait for the official WMC sub thread and there will be lots of info on places to eat/drink/etc. :) |

fat tuesdays! we didn't get to hit it that much will def. be hitting there more though next year. |
