yeah nothing would happen when u clicked it, another admin might of fixed it. it brings up the website in another tab just fine now like the others.

hi all,
i wanted to get some advice about the WMC badge, my friends bought it thinking it will take you to every single party on WMC, is that true? and if not what parties exactly do you get to go to with the badge? |

you do get into some, at this point, I would just buy tickets online for the parties you want to get into.
some of the good parties you just get a discount with the badge others, u get in to for free, and other parties you dont get nothing off.
since the badge just went up for the 2nd time I would not worry about it now. |

the badge really is only ever worth it if you want to go to the workshops. |

like someone previously said since it went up for 2nd time I wouldnt even bother...like i've said previously when they give you 1/2 off w/badge it's half off the door price.
they are deceiving when they first start putting partys on their website...they will list the price the tickets are currently selling at and it says 1/2 off w/badge. But it will only be 1/2 off whatever it is the time of the party. ticket prices climb for most partys the closer the date comes.(sometimes you end up paying the same @door w/badge if you were to just buy the tickets beforehand(in some cases more probably.))
It gets you into some stuff for free but those partys are usually cheap to begin with. I remember 2 off top of my head that were cheap covers that were free w/badge..the djMag pool party was $10...and schultz and friends at aerobar was free. I prob broke even w/the badge this yr. and we bought it in its 2nd phase of pricing. we are not doing it next yr. though. we did hit a couple of things we weren't even gonna check out just to make use of it. |
