Yea I knew it. They told me they want to stay away from WMC. Not many trance fans for the non top 10 acts. Sad really for us trance fans. I just hope Ultra picks up one "harder" trance artist but JOC was the most famous one. Not sure who else they could get with the same popularity. Would love an ID&T party during WMC with artists like Jochen Miller, W&W, Sean Tyas, Ummet Ozcan, etc. Love the harder trance - bored and sick of the proggy. But I think I am out of luck with the harder trance this time at WMC. If only the Kingdom party from a couple years ago was a hit... if only |

Wow some of you guys really amaze me with the artist names you know and even the type of music they play.
I am one of those people who likes this type of music in general. I dont know alot of names or how to tell from the different genres of this music, but I like to dance I know that much and anything thats makes me do that I like.
I use to call this type of music Techno, then I after getting on these type of boards, I saw words going around like trance, house, progressive, etc... I really have alot to learn it seems. It seems its all under EDM (electronic dance music) / Electronica and then breaks up into the different sections.
I have been a fan of EDM ever since I went to a club to meet with friends and they had this type of music playing in the main room.
Here are some the bigger artist I have seen in person: Eric Prydz, Christopher Lawrence, Boris, and Deadmau5 I liked them all.
I look forward to hearing the stables in the industry IMO, like Tiesto, Armin, PVD, Carl Cox, Benny.
And then other talent hopefully with the help of others on here to guide me in the right parties to hear some great music, going to Ultra and with the vast talent that plays there I am sure I will be pleased. |

| can we get the WMC Sub Forum going please? people keep saying, "post it in the WMC thread" but this is just a garbage thread of all sorts of info. we need the sub-forum open to separate everything. please and thank you |

Post any events, hype, or info here and it will be added to the list accordingly.. List Here...
Look for the WMC Sub-Forum to be open first thing 2010... |

Coolio-Yo... just a pain searching though this thread when you want to find parties. i know it's still VERY early for confirmed parties, but hearing the rumors is fun too sometimes. Thanks Man |

Thats Y there is an WMC Events List already posted in the Florida Section.
WMC 2010 subforum will have guidelines which will be posted soon enough as well. I expect everyone to cooperate & to make this as smooth sailing as possible. NOTHING that shouldn't be tolerated will stay in the WMC Forum. That goes for memebers as well as usesless threads.
