Dude, it's VERYYYY strange!
Where are all these artists going to fit on the stages? The stages are pretty full as it is..are they just gonna play 15 min sets?
And then u have odd stuff like DJ Icey listed on Saturday instead of Friday where the 'pretend' breakbeat stage is (I say pretend cus most of those names USED to play breaks, now they play electro)
And then u have names like Donald Glaude, DJ Dan, and Robbie Rivera listed on Saturday....they're not gonna play with the trance/prog guys in the Brazil arena...they wouldn't be in the Carl Cox arena...they're not main stage talent...they're gonna be playing with Orbital and Boys Noize?
Either the poster is FULL of lies, or there has to be a new stage we're not expecting. Otherwise, the lineup is gonna be full of disasters. |

WOOT! I might actually go to Space - still waiting on Spin Aritst Showcase to see what the hell is going on with that. If they dont come out with it soon they will lose their market to this event. |

i never thought id see sander in the mainroom again and to think i might miss it sucks! this decision would be so much easier if pvd didnt suck ass the last two times he played space. you paul! you hear me? YOU! :mad:

Am I the only one who thinks Ultra is starting to ruin WMC? Do you see how many artists are exclusive to Ultra? Are the artists just selling out? How much money is Ultra throwing at them to make them "Exclusive". While there are ways around performing without being in breach of the "Exclusive to Ultra" contract, it's ty for the fans. This is my 4th WMC, not a rookie but not as seasoned as some and I have either NEVER seen this many exclusive performances or have been fortunate that enough of the DJs I want to see are playing elsewhere.
I know the conference will be fun and great this year, as it always is, but I am very underwelmed by many of the shows that I'll be at. |
