yep...heard it was Freak N Chic so was crossing my fingers for Ghenacia. I'm all over this! 1st time I heard Shonky and Jamie Jones was at the Freak N Chic party a couple years ago...amazing! |

anyone know of any pool parties/beach parties happening for tuesday, on the event list i only see the eden roc party, anything else happening to start the WMC week?

| i have a problem choosing one party or the other and im not the type to club hop just to see more acts so have to choose just one. Everyone seems to be bashing pvds recent sets...which i agree but it is wmc so thats gotta change right? Especially when SVD is the opening act? As for schulz one of my favorite djs but i just dont know about the show being at noctornal! ive got all my other nights set this is the only one not yet finished....help please! |

| all depends what your events are like. If you will be seeing many of the djs from the spin show earlier then check out PVD. If not, then depends what saturday is like. If you wont be seeing the trance djs anywhere else, do markus friday and pvd saturday. |

Last time I saw PVD - I swore it was the LAST time, and it was. His sets are truly awful (in reality no worse than Armins) plus he was playing air guitar which IMO is unforgivable. Beyond bad and tragic for a man whose early works I admired so much.
If I had to gamble, I'd say the music at Markus will be (periodically) better and vibe cooler, but PVD will probably be more packed. |

i love pvd more than most. hell ive seen him 17 times. but im skipping him. he sucked in novemeber at space and he sucked last wmc too. dont expect anything special just because its conference because he wont bring it anymore than he would if he were recording voync. if anything svd is gonna blow him outta the water and pvds set is gonna seem like ferrys from wmc08 when he followed svd. svd is really the only reason to go to that party imo.
nocturnal isnt the best club in the world, but come on, theres way worse clubs out there. and hopefully they bring in some extra for the spin party. the lineup really is unmatched. i know theres plenty of other trance parties during conference but do any of them have THIS big of a lineup??? i think not.
personally i got the same problem... but im picking nocturnal. i mean, how can you NOT support a lineup like that? ive never seen a trance lineup like that in miami and i dont think i will ever again. so i gotta go. |

| There's a Tikki Boat on the Tuesday, 4:30pm till 9:00pm. It was free with the badge last year, no idea about this year though. I just went to Ocean's 10 last year and got wasted on the giant cocktails :D |
