can't space or wanttickets get in trouble for using a photograph without permission?? they literally stole my photograph of my F-You wristband from 2 years ago and are using it on wanttickets to sell this years F-you bands...

the pic is only in two places...my facebook album for wmc 2008 and I gave permission to the WMC Guide on facebook to use it in their VIP Wristband article, but they clearly used my name to give the pic credit and made sure to ask permission...I offered the pic to them to help with the article. As far as I know they have nothign to do with wanttickets or space, so that means someone pulled it from somewhere and used it without permission...
at least if they're gonna rip me off, give me a wristband for it... |

i would send some very nasty emails to space. doubt you'll get anything out of it, but you should still let them know they cant get away with EVERYTHING. they should be the ones responsible because they are in charge of how things are listed on wanttickets. wanttickets isnt going to claim any responsibility, although they may be able to take it off for you.
let us know what happens. |

It's on the internet, it's free domain unless you have a well writen legal disclaimer your SOL. It's not right, but there isn't anything you cam do other then complain. If you send a c & d letter to them, they would have to remove
it but. But good luck with that. |

| has anyone noticed the tickets for David Guetta have gone from 120 to 500 for presale!!!! anyhow i noticed this only because i just found after after purchasing my ticket for pete tong, that tong is only playing after hours BOOOOO does anyone know how the rest of that lineup is? i want to go see digweed now but the presale for that are over any idea if vagabond will release more tickets? |
