Yeah, I should of booked a while ago!
I'll see if there are any cheap flights to Ft. Lauderdale, thanks for the tip. |
ft lauderdale airport is only cheaper if you're flying domestic, not international. so if you get a non-stop flight it wont be any cheaper. im assuming you're coming from england due to your flag. |

my step-father runs a small business giving rides from FLL airport. It will be a private transfer, but much cheaper than a taxi and quicker than taking a shared shuttle. PM me for details. |
If flying into FLL is considerably cheaper than to MIA, then I'll give you a shout :) |

You would be assuming correctly!
Upon first glance, it doesn't seem cheaper flying into FLL! |

i really wish we could have the WMC sub-forum like we have had in past years. this way we could have a thread for each type of event. makes it much neater, and cleaner looking and it's easier for people to find out info about certain parties. instead of searching through this 1 giant thread to find any/all info they are looking for
rather annoying if you ask me
but just my 2 cents... what do i know? |
Yeah not many weeks left and I think the main thread should be out by now its past mid-Jan. I wanted to make a thread for the parties I Am attending to see who else is going one thread per party. Also a bus route thread would be nice to help others as well. A thread for general questions like food and drink also, etc... Times running out....
Also I cant even search this specific thread because its "Temporarily Disabled" as well. |

Keep in mind there is a new bus route from MIA to SoBe for just $2
"Route 150 - Airport-Beach Express (NEW)
A new express route will start service from the Miami International Airport Terminal to South Miami Beach via 41 Street and Collins Avenue with a stop at the Earlington Heights Station. This new route is being funded by a grant from the Federal Transit Administration. The Route 150 Express will make limited stops in Miami Beach at the following locations: 41 Street/Alton Road, 41 Street/ Sheridan, all stops on Collins and Indian Creek between 41 and 17 streets, Collins/17 Street, Collins/16 Street, Washington/Lincoln, 17 Street/Convention Center Drive, and 19 Street/Meridian.
The Route 150 will operate every 30 minutes from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week." |

| I wish I could have put that to use but considering it would have cost us almost DOUBLE to fly into Miami after all the bs fees + bags I am happy to pay for the shuttle from FLL and back. |

Hey man, I'm from Maryland as well and looking to fly out of BWI. Is the code just "WMC" for AA.com? |

The AA code is 8230AN.
It really doesn't knock that much off the fare.... like $15 RT. |

I'm looking for flights to book now and the flight I was going to book with Virgin Atlantic has gone up £200 in the past week! :wtf:
This might cost more than I previously anticipated! :( |
UK flights cost loads more to begin with due to the UK's long-haul departure fee, which tacks on about £75-125. might be worth a go to get yourself routed through mainland europe. |

not entirely true. Usaully MIA is cheaper. But I got my tickets cheaper flying into FLL this time. I think MIA is getting kinda sold out at the moment.
If you are coming from over Europe def try FLL. My ticket was about $150 cheaper. |

The cheapest one I can find is £418 and that's with a change at Philadelphia. Looks like I'll be booking that one later! |
