He won't meet me... the guy is all gums no teeth. He can talk a big game but is terrified of saying the same stuff to a person's face, even with a guarantee of no physical violence.

haha... that sounds good in theory but I have no doubt he'd make a preemptive call to the authorities expecting me to arrive, saying he was threatened and in fear for his life, just so he could rejoice in watching them slap the bracelets on me. I wouldn't even know how to find his address anyway. Besides, I would like him to voluntarily want to meet me at a bar/restaurant or something with no pressure.
