I have ty skin.

Since I intend to be exposing so much of it, I'd like it to have a more even tone.

I'm pretty sure sunblock was invented for this very reason.:p

some people are tan and some just aren't lol i CAN tan, but i'll age quicker and expose myself to a high risk of skin cancer. no thanks. i'll just be white.

it's different with people who are naturally tan (italians, latin, etc...). any whitey euros should avoid the sun. no sun is good sun. and i'm actually quoting that from my dermatologist.

Mmmmm thank god for my Eastern Euro genes. I tan super easy...though I don't usually make an effort of doing so. No sun is def the best sun.

It's my eyes in the sun that I'm more concerned about damaging. Man I can barely even open my eyes in the sun without glasses on.

Takes me a bad burn to get a good tan. I'll get a little color here and there but unless I have a bad burn I wont tan. I still avoid tanning machines - they give me nightmares. I wish I had a nice color all year long naturally. Damn European whiteness.

1 cancer was enough.

I don't tan easy. Even with sunblock my boyfriend and I get burned.

The bad thing is after a day of being in the sun - the next day our freckles pop out so much more.

He hates it and me too... but it's not as bad in a girl.

Like any good Scandinavian, I am pale as a ghost and can't tan to save my life unless I get a wicked burn (which fades into a tan). I've always loved being pale, but I'm going to Miami and will be surrounded by beautiful big-boobed, big butt Latina women (or tanned women). I'm 5'2" and built like a 16 year old boy; I'd rather not blind the bitches while I'm there.

P.S. What is that book about anyway?

its a book written by the writers who worked on sex and the city, it just goes through scenarios that everyone has experienced while dating, from a male perspective. The whole point of the book is to highlight the minor/major things that guys do which shows that "he's just not that into you".

tans don't make your boobs and butt more luscious.

just get used to it. no sense in feeling jealous or insecure about your body. :p
