don't worry. i missed bas when i went to the west coast a couple of months ago too. :( i could have gone, but i got stuck on the other side of LA with relatives. there's always next time.....
watch out for ben though. my ass hurt after meeting him for some strange reason. :( |

| to bring it back to us ladies, i cut my hair last month which i generally keep short anyway and have been rocking a mini afro. figured i quit my job so i can have ethnic hair for a while, it's fun. fyi had to cut my hair because once it's relaxed (chemically straightened) it can never go back to it's natural state...black hair is a bitch. plus this saves me from spending ~$120 every 6 weeks and doing a search for a new stylist :toothless. |

Do you think you can't have natural hair if you want a job? Has that actually been a challenge for you?
I think natural black hair (especially fro style) is really beautiful. Personally, and this isn't meant to be rude/offensive, I think relaxed black hair looks fake and greasy a lot of the time. I don't like it at all. |
