This article says that a test done on monkeys shows that there is no weight gain when taking Birth Control pills. So.. thought I would share.
I beg to differ. I hate that they do on Monkeys where there are tons of women they can do actual studies on.

I need an excellent skirt/blazer suit for an immensely important occasion.
I thought I had what I needed but there are too many adornments on the blazer I had in mind (albeit, understated, but nevertheless present)
I don't do online shopping, but I will browse and then drive to a physical location.
Victoria's Secret has some kick-ass ones, but no physical location near me except lingerie stores.
Suggestions welcome! |

Try the Gap or H&M. They generally always carry staples like that.
I bought a 200 dollar blazer for 19 bucks off the sale rack at the Gap a couple years ago - totally on a whim. I had seen it on their website on a model, but not actually in their collection - so I knew it was last season's style. Took a chance thinking they might just have a few on the sale rack and sure enough there was ONE left, in my size. Hah. |
