Really dislike leaving stuff in my hair. Its too thin... just ends up making it heavy.
Silky Johnson
Then you're not using it correctly/are using too much of it. :p
Ang ' ela_ie
Well thats entirely possible.
chimera66
you need the right products :) your hair should never feel heavy or like it has stuff in it

I dunno... I agree with Ange.

I have SUPER thin/fine hair, so if I put anything in it (even a tiny bit), it feels weighted down and often goes flat. I have even had hair dressers tell me I should avoid putting crap into my hair unless needed (or unless its something meant to give me volume).

My hair doesn't do anything I want it to though. It doesn't hold colour well, doesn't hold curl well... it just wants to do its own thing. Haha!

I used to think the same thing, having fine AND oily hair myself. But my hairdresser (award winning, knows what she's talking about) said the right product used correctly shouldn't, and won't, do that.

Quality hair products, used in small amounts the right way don't weigh the hair down.

Although, if you don't color your hair or blow dry/heat style it...then I can see why a hairdresser would say that.

I have oily hair - mostly scalp - but when i use leave in (i dont even use leave in conditioner - i use regular conditioner) i use a pea size amount and only from my pony - down.
